Exclusive Hire
Firedoor is available for private hire, creating an intimate yet electrifying atmosphere where the entire restaurant becomes yours. Each event is tailored to celebrate food, fire, and theatre in their purest form. Dining options include a chef’s menu, pintxos and whole animals, all celebrating the best ingredients of the day cooked over fire.
Available for lunch and dinner.

Fire Masterclass
Book a masterclass with Lennox Hastie. Take a behind the scenes look at the art of building a fire, wood varieties, making coals and cooking on the fire grill. Join us at Firedoor at 4.30pm, where Lennox will welcome you to the Kitchen Counter for an intimate 45-minute masterclass.
Includes a drink and snacks on arrival, with the option to reserve dinner at the Kitchen Counter.
Up to six guests.
Smaller Groups
For up to 10 guests, we invite you to celebrate at our beautiful long table in the heart of the restaurant during our usual service hours.
Please note, this is not a semi-private dining space.

Looking for something different? Host a celebration at Gildas and take your guests on a journey from the heart of Surry Hills to Basque Country. Gildas is available for exclusive hire with up to 34 of your favourite people seated, or 60 standing.
Gildas also offers catering, including pintxos, mini-frittata, Pimenton bread and Firedoor smoked butter, a selection of charcuterie and cheeses, burnt Basque cheesecake, and more.
