Join us for an unforgettable evening of storytelling, smoke, and spirit, as The Balvenie partners with Lennox Hastie to celebrate 10 years of Firedoor. For one night the Balvenie Stories Dinner will take you on a journey combining the craft of cooking with fire with rare whiskies from Balvenie’s ‘Curious Casks’ Collection — unique, character-driven expressions, which are rarely seen outside the distillery walls.

Each course, imagined and cooked over live fire by Lennox Hastie will be matched to a Balvenie whisky that speaks of time, wood, and transformation — from the delicate smoke of a briny oyster kissed with juniper, to the revelatory depth of 245-day Balvenie whisky-aged beef.

Tickets include a cocktail on arrival, a five-course menu with The Balvenie pairings throughout, and a bottle of The Balvenie 12 Year Old DoubleWood to take home.
