Kitchen On The Edge is an extraordinary culinary experience at Holem Lofoten in Norway’s Northern Islands, with a program of incredible talents and masters of their craft.

This March, Lennox Hastie will be heading above the Arctic Circle to cook on the edge of the world, leading foodie adventurers in a chef table’s experience that directly responds and connects to the incredible landscape, from the sea to the mountains, using the finest ingredients caught, picked, and gathered.
