This December, Firedoor will open its doors for lunch service on two special Fridays—6 December and 13 December—offering a rare à la carte dining experience, alongside our renowned $195 set menu.
For the first time in four years, enjoy the freedom of an à la carte lunch menu at Firedoor, ordering from a selection of dishes forged into classic status over the years—the likes of whole marron, oysters, pipis, and dry-aged steak—or, leave it up to the chef and settle in for our unabridged, ever-evolving five-course tasting menu that celebrates exceptional ingredients reflecting the peak of the season.
